Here’s one for all the sportsmen in the audience – the Denim Italia SPZL from the sportswear scholars at adidas Spezial. While the original Italia – which was first deployed in 1959 for the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome, in case you were interested – was concocted out of leather, these ones here are based on a rarely-spotted-in-the-wild denim version, and boy are they a trip to flavour country. John Wayne didn’t wear adidas (that we know of), but if he did, he’d probably wear these.
